Horizontal mixer with double-sigma arm, particularly suitable for mixing stiff dough that requires a lot of effort from the machine. The great versatility of this model allows the mixing of multiple types of products from different sectors, from the food industry \u2013 e.g. dough for hard and soft biscuits, crackers, snacks, sugar paste \u2013 to the chemical industry \u2013 doughs for chalks and coloured pencils, modelling pastes such as play dough, plasticine and similar.<\/p>

The mixing bowl is complete with a jacket for the circulation of thermal fluids for heating and\/or cooling, and its opening reaches a 120\u00b0 tilting for complete unloading of the product without the aid of manual tools. Discharging all the dough directly onto the conveyor belt without the need for an operator, and not in wheeled tubs, allows the removal of all tilting, lifting, and handling devices. The front \/ rear opening of the mixing bowl \u2013 available as an option \u2013 allows the use of the rear side of the mixer for the manual loading of the micro-ingredients, or for the discharge of test dough and the thorough internal cleaning of the mixing bowl and of the cover.
