Horizontal Mixer with double-sigma arm, particularly suitable for mixing stiff dough that requires a lot of effort from the machine. The mechanics are solid and tested, the structure is strong and essential and makes the mixer easier to use and more convenient to manage. The mixer was design for the production of dough for chewing-gum, bubble-gum and gum-base. The mixing bowl of mixers type S and S\/CW is complete with a jacket for the circulation of thermal fluids for heating and\/or cooling. The jacket can be arranged for the steam heating; alternatively, the heating can be made also by means of heating elements in oil bath. The cover can be made with a manual opening \u2013 to make the loading of the ingredients by the operator easier, or, alternatively, it can be made in a fixed position to better suit a possible automation in the raw material feeding system. The discharge of the dough can be made in a wheeled tub or onto a conveyor belt specifically designed and interfaced with the machine. The available range for this type of mixer is from 50 L to 3000 L.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
