Horizontal mixer with double-sigma arm and extraction screw, particularly suitable for mixing stiff dough that requires a lot of effort from the machine. The mixer was design for the production of dough for chewing-gum, bubble-gum, candies, toffees and similar products. This type of mixer is particularly versatile and can be used also in the chemical industry for mixing silicones and similar products. The mixing bowl is fixed and the discharge of the product is made by means of an extraction screw that directs the mixed product towards a discharge head. The discharge head can be interfaced with a conveyor belt or with a filling machine, according to the specific needs of the customer. The jacket for the circulation of thermal fluids for heating and\/or cooling can be arranged for the heating by means of heating elements in oil bath. The cover can be made with a manual opening \u2013 to make the loading of the ingredients by the operator easier, or, alternatively, it can be made in a fixed position to better suit a possible automation in the raw material feeding system. The option with fixed cover and automatic dosing of the ingredients allows for a continuous production of the recipe. The available range for this type of mixer is from 50 L to 3000 L.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
