Compact mixer with mixing bowl provided with manual or motorized opening\/closing. The inside of the bowl is made up of two sigma shaped mixing arms that rotate at different speeds. The mixer has been designed to be used in testing labs.<\/p>

The great versatility of this machine and the possibility of working under vacuum allow for the production of a wide range of doughs, from the food industry (soft biscuit dough, hard biscuit dough, crackers, snacks, chewing-gum, bubble-gum, gum-base, sugar paste) to the chemical industry (silicones, rubbers, etc.). The jacket of the mixing bowl is made up of two independent circuits, one for the circulation of cooling fluid (water, glycol, etc.) and a heating circuit with diathermic oil and heating elements.
