Yes, unless otherwise requested by the customer, all our mixers are provided with an autonomous remote assistance module with 4G connection for the first phases of the start-up, in the event the factory is not yet provided with a lan network. The remote assistance module is provided with an internal firewall for the network downstream security and with a two-factor authentication.
Yes, in the HMI of the mixer there is page which lists the preventive maintenance procedures to be periodically carried out on the system. The maintenance procedures are directly related to the working hours of the mixer: in due time, a message will appear on the display, warning about the requested check to be carried out.
Yes, our mixers are Industry 4.0 Ready. As a standard, the necessary architecture (software and hardware) is already installed to comply with the requested requirements. In any case, the architecture is flexible and customizable according to the different needs of the customers.
Yes, we manufacture installation according to the European standard (CE) and, upon request, we manufacture C-UL-US certified installations for the US and Canadian markets.
Yes, our mixers can be 22 ATEX certified for Zone 2/22 according to the foreseen use or to the certification requested in the installation place.
Yes, upon request it is possible to install an automatic cleaning system complete with high pressure lances and valves for the discharge of cleaning waters. The cleaning system can be completely managed by the HMI of the mixer and optimizes the cleaning time of the machine, especially during format changes in the different production phases.

Apinox, together with its partners and coworkers, provides its customers with qualified after sales service and technical support for the mixers it manufactures.
Apinox manages autonomously the supply of spare parts and any intervention for ordinary or extraordinary maintenance, or for any mechanical and electronical inspection of its mixers.
