Industrial Mixer for Two-Stages Fermented Dough and Delicate Dough

The vertical mixer has been designed specifically for the production of soda crackers, cream crackers, two-stage fermented doughs and delicate doughs. The mixing bowl is basically the same wheeled tub for the containment of the product; it is manually inserted under the triple gear unit and, once blocked, it is possible to start the automatic dough processing sequences, while ensuring the safety for the operator.

This machine allows the production of high-quality dough with high hourly production capacities, as it is possible to use many wheeled tubs that guarantee continuous pre- and post-fermentation production. If an external station for the loading of the ingredients inside the wheeled tub is not available, it is possible to design and manufacture connections on the mixer cover for manual and automatic ingredient loading. The available range for this type of mixer is from 750 kg/batch to 1100 kg/batch.
