Industrial Mixer for Stiff Dough
Horizontal Mixer with double-sigma arm, particularly suitable for mixing stiff dough that requires a lot of effort from the machine. This type of mixer allows the mixing of multiple types of hard and soft dough. The mixing bowl is complete with a jacket for the circulation of thermal fluids for heating and/or cooling, and its opening reaches a 120° tilting for complete unloading of the product without the aid of manual tools.
Discharging all the dough directly onto the conveyor belt without the need for an operator, and not in wheeled tubs, allows the removal of all tilting, lifting, and handling devices.
The front / rear opening of the mixing bowl – available as an option – allows the use of the rear side of the mixer for the manual loading of the micro-ingredients, or for the discharge of test dough and the thorough internal cleaning of the mixing bowl and of the cover. The available range for this type of mixer is from 150 kg/batch to 1500 kg/batch.

MANUFACTURE ENTIRELY IN STAINLESS STEEL
Chassis entirely made of stainless steel, except for the motors/gear units and electrical components on board of the machine.
HEATING OF THE MIXING BOWL BY MEANS OF DIATHERMIC OIL OR STEAM
It is possible to manufacture a heating system for the mixing bowl jacket by means of heating elements in diathermic oil bath, or by means of a circuit for steam at pressure.
SURFACES IN CONTACT WITH THE PRODUCT (BOWL, MIXING ARMS AND COVER) MADE OF AISI 316L STAINLESS STEEL
The mixing bowl can be made of AISI 316 if aggressive products or products with a high salt content are mixed.
FRONT AND REAR TILTING OF THE MIXING BOWL
Mixing bowl tilting on both sides, front at about 135°- rear at approx. 90°. Mechanical lifting of the cover, stroke approx. 10÷15 [mm].
CLEANING SYSTEM
Electro-pneumatically controlled cleaning system for the mixing bowl and the mixing arm, made of a cleaning system positioned on the cover.
AUTOMATIC GREASING SYSTEM
Assembly and installation of the automatic greasing system for the bearings of the mixing arm and for the bushings of the bowl tilting. The management of the lubrication and of the alarms will be managed from the PLC of the mixer. System complete with pressure switches at the end of the circuit on the greasing points of the bearings to confirm the greasing has taken place.
